When Dr. Zara Nanu MBE and Sabina Mehmood met, their experiences were different but their purpose the same. Zara had spent a decade driving global change in workplace equity — founding and scaling Gapsquare, the pioneering pay-equity platform later acquired by LexisNexis. Sabina brought years in corporate leadership, seeing first-hand how workers were left out of the conversations shaping their futures.
Together they saw a gap: technology was advancing faster than people’s ability to adapt, and conversations about the “future of work” too often excluded those living it.
WorkVue was created to close that gap — combining AI-powered insight with human connection so people can understand their value, make informed choices, and thrive.
In 2025, WorkVue’s Future of Work Council launched the Declaration for the Future of Work, a call to action for a fairer, more human-centred economy.
Because the future of work belongs to the people building it.

Leads WorkVue’s vision and partnerships advancing transparency, equity, and innovation across industries. Former founder of Gapsquare, Zara has transformed how companies worldwide measure and close pay gaps.
“Fairness isn’t a destination — it’s a discipline we build into every decision.”

Drives WorkVue’s product mission, brand strategy, and storytelling — connecting data, design, and human insight to deliver real-world change. Her experience at Bloomberg and global ESG initiatives informs WorkVue’s people-first approach.
“WorkVue gives people the power to define success on their own terms.”
