We currently deliver this through a programme in partnership with IKiGAi Data: "Empower Your Career: Purpose, Skills & Pay". The programme offers human-powered coaching to navigate career transitions, and an opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded professionals—many participants say networking is a major benefit. Our founder is Dr. Zara Nanu MBE, exited founder with track record, bootstrapped and sold business to FTSE 100 RELX.

The executive level team has decades of experience at the intersection of technology, data science, and labour market insights with companies such as Mercer, Eightfold,  EY and Bloomberg.

Our team is based  in the UK and US.
