We’ve collected the data from our first cohort of trainees to find out how we can better help you to become our future leaders.
We had an incredibly positive response from the attendees at our inaugural training sessions and now we can share the data to back it up. As well as identifying key areas to focus on in the future, we can also see what’s already working and how well. For instance, upon completing the introductory training almost 70% said of total participants said:
“they now feel either ‘informed’ or ‘very informed’ on Board dynamics and the responsibilities that being a Board member requires”.
And:
“Almost 50% felt ‘confident’ or ‘very confident’ when approaching the application process for Board vacancies”.
