WorkVue Leadership, powered by BeOnBoard

WorkVue Leadership is the community and development programme for the senior leaders boards say they can’t find. We give you the insights, network and human support to take control of your next move, to get appointed, contribute fully, and shape the future of work from the inside.

Where WorkVue Leadership fits

We equip today’s workforce with the tools, insights and community to take control of their careers in a rapidly changing job market — and to be part of the conversations shaping the future of work itself. The world of work is changing fast. AI, automation and new skills are reshaping what’s possible. Most career tools are stuck in the past. That’s where we come in.
We shift power to people, by combining real-time labour market intelligence, AI-powered guidance and human support. We translate the noise about automation and job disruption into practical, concrete actions you can take today. We focus on the trifecta we know you want from work: money, meaning and wellbeing.

Why a focus on leadership?

When you’re ready to shape the rooms others work in, WorkVue Leadership helps you get there, into board roles, senior appointments and the conversations that drive systemic change.

The programme has grown out of BeOnBoard, a community we acquired because they’d already cracked the part most people get wrong: building real, returning relationships between underrepresented leaders and the boards that need them. We’re keeping everything that worked, and giving it the platform, reach and rigour to scale.

WorkVue Leadership is the place where aspiring board members get sharper, get connected, and get appointed.

A community that’s actually a community

Peer-to-peer support from people who’ve walked the path, chairs, NEDs, founders, executives. Curated introductions, not LinkedIn cold-DMs. Honest conversations about the bits no one prepares you for.

Development that takes you seriously

Inclusive leadership training that goes deeper than “awareness.” Work on the beliefs side, intersectionality, unconscious bias, allyship, inclusive leadership alongside the practical: how boards actually run, how to read a board pack, how to push back well, how to be the person who changes the meeting.

This community track is for you if:

  • You’re a senior leader, founder, expert or operator who’s ready for a non-executive role, or you’re already in one and you want to be sharper at it.
  • You’ve been told you’re “almost ready” one too many times.
  • You’re from a community the boardroom has historically overlooked and you don’t want the next generation to have to fight as hard as you did.
  • You want development that respects what you already know, and a network that doesn’t require you to be the only one in the room.
