The majority of information we collect, we collect directly from you. For example, when you sign up to use our services, create or share content, collaborate on the field service management platform, contact us with questions or request support.

We also collect information on your usage of our website and services, this includes information such as the pages you visit, the actions you perform, and the content you view as you navigate around our website and services. We do this, so we can understand how you use our products and continue to improve them.

Occasionally we may collect personal data about you from third party sources such as publicly available materials or information from trusted partners such as the integration to your accounting system or online payment transactions where they have the right to provide us with your information.

How long we keep your Personal Data

We keep your data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services or until your account is deleted. How long we keep information depends on what it is and whether we have a business need to retain it.

When you delete your account we permanently delete all of the Personal Data and this action cannot be undone. We may retain your contact information for billing purposes if we have a need for it. When you delete your account any data which has been added to a farm such as financial transactions, invoices, budgets or comments will remain, however this information will no longer be associated with your personal data.

We share information

In certain circumstances we will share the Personal Data:

  • With your consent or at your direction, such as when you share reports with third-parties or invite users into your system.
  • Third parties such as those that help us provide our services to you
  • Another organisation if we sell or buy, or negotiate to sell or buy, any business or assets

International transfers

We share data both internally within Workvue group, and externally with our partners and with those you direct us to as described in this Notice. When we do this your Personal Data may be transferred, stored or processed in Australia where our data hosting provider’s servers are located, or the country where you live.   • To receive a copy of your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format

  • Where our processing of your Personal Data is based on your consent, the right to withdraw that consent

If you withdraw your consent to the use of your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Notice we may not be able to provide you with our services, and some functions or features may not be available to you.
